 CULINARY DISCOVERIES...
We will visit the famed wineries of Planeta and Regaleali, where you will meet the winemakers, enjoy lunch or dinner at the wineries and discover the hidden gems of Sicily's world class wines!
At Planeta you will also be treated to a behind the scenes glimpse at how Sicily's marvelous olive oils are pressed to perfection!
A hands-on cooking class with Chef Giancarlo in a real Sicilian home, where you will not only learn to create some of Sicily's most loved dishes, but will discover the real-world live of native Sicilians. In each town and village we visit, there will be lunch or dinner in an authentic local restaurant. A once in a lifetime opportunity!

 CULTURAL DISCOVERIES...

will begin our tour in Palermo with it's treasure trove of museums and
architectural wonders.
We will also visit Piazza Amerina and Ragusa to
see the ruins and splendid of the extraordinary villa del Casale.
Syracuse and the Island of Ortigia, with their wonders of remaining
archaelogical discoveries are not to be missed. And of course, Mount
Edna, looming over the Eastern coast of Sicily is the highest and
largest active volcano in Europe! |
